Job Summary
Lead the Claims Team at Riverstone Logistics, directing daily operations and overseeing all claims processes. Develop and implement forms, tools, reports, and training materials to enhance efficiency and risk management while maintaining compliance with policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourcing partner claims teams, manage escalations, ensure timely resolutions, and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture through clear communication and mentoring. Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office; call center experience is a plus. Ensure accurate performance records and uphold the company’s mission and core beliefs in a fast-paced office setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a college degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other computer software
- Call center experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well, accept feedback, delegate work assignments, grant authority to work independently, set expectations, and monitor delegated activities
