Job Summary
Supervise WC claims staff in day-to-day operations while ensuring quality, productivity, and customer service criteria are met. Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new staff, providing technical guidance on complex compensability and litigation issues. Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation laws and regulatory reporting through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Act as a liaison to execute final resolutions for client and employee requests, participate in claim reviews, and recommend merit-based actions. Requires current license as an experienced claims adjuster, minimum five years' claims handling experience, and ability to travel overnight for meetings. Remote position with a salary range of $73,345 - $113,247.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 5 years' claims handling experience
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation
- Current license or certification in Workers' Compensation claims
- State Certification or license as an experienced claims adjuster
- Ability to travel overnight and attend meetings if required
