Claims Supervisor - Commercial General Liability (Southeastern Venues)

Lead a team of Commercial Lines Claims Specialists responsible for appropriate coverage determinations and investigation, examination, reserve, settlement, or defense of mid and high severity liability claims in Southeastern venues. Plan work, assign tasks, and oversee all activities performed by Claims Specialists, including maintaining strict follow-up on active claims, reviewing files, and approving independent adjuster bills. Execute strategic direction to ensure operational excellence, participate in quality assurance for claim handling, and manage complex, technical suit files. Review investigations and reports to analyze liability, damages, and settlement values, while obtaining required adjuster licensing within company timelines.
