Claims Specialist - Property & Engineering

Handle Property and Engineering claims from registration through settlement, assessing validity, coverage, liability, and quantum against company guidelines. Review supporting documentation, investigate claims, and coordinate with customers, brokers, loss adjusters, and surveyors to facilitate fair settlements. Escalate complex, contentious, or high-value claims and identify potential fraud indicators per established procedures. Monitor claim progress to achieve service level targets while contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting junior team members. This role ensures compliance with Zurich's policies and regulatory requirements within the Property & Engineering division.
