Job Summary
Stockholm-based Nordic Claims Specialist role handling own portfolio of claims and debt collection across the Nordics (Finnish, Swedish & English required). Roles involves coordinating with debtors, clients and partners, driving claims forward, and maintaining accurate documentation in a highly international, customer-facing environment. Requires proactive communication by phone and email, ability to juggle multiple cases, and strong cross-cultural collaboration. Training provided; hybrid work arrangement in Stockholm.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Finnish, Swedish and English
- confidence in speaking with clients and stakeholders by phone and email
- strong collaboration and communication skills across cultures
- ability to manage interruptions, ad hoc tasks and several ongoing cases
- hands-on mindset and appreciation for operational, detail-oriented work
