Job Summary
Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, and gather statements from involved parties to guide policyholders through the claims process. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and care to ensure a positive experience and drive satisfaction. Assist customers in navigating coverage options and steps to get back on the road safely. Requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located in Poway, CA, this role offers 80% on-site work after initial training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Customer-facing Claims experience
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals
