Claims Resolution Analyst Remote-Vermont

The Claims Resolution Analyst reviews and researches suspended claims per DVHA guidelines, refers claims to appropriate departments as needed, processes claim adjustments, and prepares RTP notices for incomplete or incorrect claims. The role maintains and updates claims resolution procedures and supports training backup or replacement staff. Strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret guidelines and policies, and proficiency in Excel and Outlook, along with solid oral and written communication skills and adaptability to shifting priorities, are required to ensure accurate and timely claims resolution.
