Claims Representative

The Claims Representative independently processes a range of moderately complex claim transactions across products and functions, ensuring all information is in good order for processing. Responsibilities include researching and resolving escalated requests, identifying and evaluating questionable transactions, communicating with internal associates and external customers or agents, documenting status and contacts, meeting production and quality standards, and potentially training or quality-checking other associates. Must leverage knowledge of Jackson’s product lines and claims process, navigate multiple software applications and mainframe systems, and work effectively both independently and in a team within a high-volume, image-based environment.
