Job Summary

Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and autonomously resolve intermediate property, farm, and commercial claims. Evaluate damage, prepare estimates on property losses, and attend loss scenes. Collaborate with vendors and government officials to facilitate settlements. Coach, train, and provide technical support to the claims team while delivering exceptional client service aligned with quality standards. Requires three to five years of field property claims experience, a post-secondary degree, and relevant adjuster licenses. Extended hours including evenings and weekends are required during peak periods. A background check is mandatory upon hiring.

Required Qualifications

  • three-five years of field property claims experience or related field
  • post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
  • provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work
  • Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required during peak periods and major events
  • subject to a Background check as a condition of employment

Desired Qualifications
