Job Summary
Analyze and process insurance claims to determine liability, ensuring adherence to state Department of Insurance regulations and company standards. Efficiently adjudicate claims via phone and written communication with insureds, travel suppliers, medical facilities, and outside adjusters. Review documentation for completeness, maintain proper reserves, and issue denial letters or payments as appropriate. Respond to inquiries regarding claims status and Department of Insurance complaint letters while investigating complex files. This hybrid role in Pembroke Pines, FL requires onsite presence 2-3 days per week during regular business hours (8:00am-5:00pm), with occasional overtime. High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus. Redion, part of the Generali Group, supports travelers with adventure and peace of mind.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and proofreading skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish language fluency
- Previous claims and customer service experience
- Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8:00am-5:00pm)
- Weekends may be required
