Job Summary
The Claims Relationship Manager will act as the primary contact for carrier partners, leading cadence calls and business reviews while collaborating with internal claims leadership to enhance carrier relationship value. The role includes identifying process improvement opportunities, generating performance reports, and analyzing claims data to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in claims management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in claims management, account management, or insurance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience generating and interpreting claims performance metrics
- Highly organized and detail oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance claims processes
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
