Send lien notices, confirm receipt, and follow up on missing materials; prepare and route documentation to Senior Paralegals. Monitor case status to flag coverage, liability, or timing concerns, and track reimbursement payments to escalate delays. Maintain complete case notes and communication logs in claims systems. Requires an associate degree with 4+ years in insurance claims or healthcare billing; OTE is $47,000–$52,000. Required Qualifications
