Claims Quality Assurance Associate Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of 25–30 Quality Analysts and Team Leaders within the Claims Quality function. Drive end-to-end quality governance, oversee daily operations, conduct calibration sessions and audits, and ensure adherence to standardized evaluation processes. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives using QC tools, identify trends and defects to improve process capability, and deliver actionable insights. Partner with Claims Operations, Training, and Process Excellence to enable capability building from quality insights. Drive data analysis to generate dashboards and reports tracking key metrics (accuracy, compliance, defect density) and conduct end-to-end process health reviews to inform the delivery team. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team and foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant field
- US Insurance domain knowledge - Auto, Property and Shared Services
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
- 10 or more years of experience preferred
