Job Summary
Conduct claims practice analysis, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency and member satisfaction. Propose process improvements for the Vice-Presidency of Claims and maintain comprehensive understanding of indemnization workflows to evaluate organizational and technological changes. Analyze, draft, update, and distribute reference documentation for the sector while collaborating with standards, quality, and analytics teams. Partner with training and change management groups to create or validate content for operational teams, focusing on Guidewire tool evolution and agile project management.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent
- Une très bonne connaissance du domaine des technologies de l'information
