Job Summary
Receive and assess First Notice of Loss for system setup or third-party distribution, then create claims in Claims Systems for various lines of business. Assist with processing Five Sigma escalations, research policy and client information, and issue acknowledgement letters and correspondence. Conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements, create loss runs, and produce production/analysis reports while communicating with claim managers, brokers, and underwriters. Perform peer training and quality checks between Five Sigma and Claims Enterprise systems. This role supports the Claims Modernization initiative and claims processing for all profit centers in Buckhead Atlanta or Chicago, with a full-time in-office schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience including 1-2 years in commercial insurance industry Claims Support role
- Proficient communication skills (oral and written)
- MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry or technical specialty
- Basic knowledge of processing insurance mail
- Ability to produce high work volume with precise accuracy
- Position is in-office
- Buckhead Atlanta or Chicago
