Job Summary
Manage a team of adjusters handling nationwide Bodily Injury and Property Damage claims while collaborating with a Third Party Administrator. Assist in developing investigation strategies for coverage, liability, and causation to drive resolution outcomes. Ensure high technical claim file quality and review coverage and liability declination decisions. Deliver service to policyholders, agents, brokers, and reinsurance partners. Collaborate with underwriting, safety, and compliance teams on risk factors and form improvements. Participate in claim reviews and perform duties as required by the Head of Claims. This hybrid role based in Atlanta supports Vega's internal claims program and platform development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on insurance claims handling experience
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience handling complex Commercial Bodily Injury claims
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, directly supervising claims professionals
- This role is a hybrid position going into the Atlanta office
