Claims Manager UVG/KTG in Basel responsible for independent processing of benefit cases in UVG/KTG, end-to-end case management from notification to settlement, assessment of benefit Claims, coordination with IV agencies, medical doctors, and experts; collaboration with internal and external specialists; ensuring efficient, customer-oriented case handling; contribute to process and system optimization; profile requires background in commercial or medical field, experience in benefits processing for employee insurances, strong IT/process orientation, independent, structured and responsible work style, high level of autonomy, flexibility and teamwork; French and/or English advantageous.
