Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Claims Manager at Arabelle Solutions to lead claims management for complex power plant projects. Requires a university degree, 8+ years experience in claim/contract management, expertise in dispute resolution and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying Business or Law
- 8 years or more, experience in claim management/contract management discipline in international project and/or construction environment
- Experience with different dispute resolution proceedings
- Expertise in delay analysis and quantum techniques
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Broad commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines
- Ability to interpret construction contracts, drawings and specifications
- Ability to build claim strategies
- Solid understanding of EPC project contracts
- Leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification with ICC, IMI, RICS or IDRRMI or similar
- Project Management experience and/or professional registration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant characteristics
- Primavera P6 scheduling capabilities
- Additional French language skills
