Claims Manager

Job Summary
Lead the full lifecycle of transportation claims and provide litigation support. Conduct investigations, review police reports and dashcam footage, coordinate with insurance carriers, TPAs, and attorneys, and support litigation and risk-reduction initiatives. Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and provincial regulations. Collaborate with operations, safety, and maintenance teams to optimize claims management and risk controls. Requires experience in claims management or trucking/transportation claims, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and claims systems, and a valid driver's license with minimal travel. Preferred: paralegal certificate or litigation support experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in claims management, insurance adjusting, or trucking/transportation claims
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with claims systems, TPA portals, and TMW preferred
- Valid driver’s license; minimal travel
- Preferred: Paralegal certificate or litigation support experience
