Job Summary
Claims Management Specialist - French Speaker in Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) focusing on the Order to Cash (O2C) process. Responsible for analyzing and resolving customer claims and deductions raised by customers or internally; contribute to Continuous Improvement programs and standardization across markets; monitor KPIs and SLAs, perform root-cause analyses, and participate in problem solving. Requires fluent French and advanced English, strong Excel skills, and solid financial terminology knowledge. Works in a hybrid arrangement with 2 days in the office, in Braga or Lisbon, Portugal. Ideal candidates are pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar, are digitally savvy, team-oriented, with a proactive, organized approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French
- Advanced English
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications - Strong Excel knowledge is mandatory
- Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit Accounting rules)
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude
- Good Organization and Prioritization skills
- Strong work ethic and Respectfulness
