Job Summary
Claims Management Junior Specialist position in Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) to analyze and resolve customer claims and deductions raised by stakeholders. Responsibilities include reception, registration, assignment and categorization of claims, supporting continuous improvement and standardization across markets, analyzing KPIs (quality, SLAs), contributing to root-cause analysis, and presenting findings in Daily Operational Reviews. Requires degree in Business/Finance/Economics (preferred), strong Excel and MS Office skills, fluent French and English, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days per week in the office in Lisbon/Braga, Portugal; compensation includes competitive salary and annual bonus, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions required
- Good French and English level
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (strong Excel knowledge)
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive thinking and team player attitude
- Good organization and prioritization skills
