Job Summary

Conduct claims investigations for insurance defense cases, including workers' compensation, general liability, auto, and property, by gathering evidence, interviewing parties, performing scene canvassing, and retrieving documents. Submit daily progress updates, write detailed investigative summaries and client-ready reports, and manage time to meet billable-hour expectations. Travel across multiple states as needed to complete field assignments while maintaining a reliable vehicle and required recording equipment. Adapt to variable schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
