Job Summary
Conduct claims investigations by gathering evidence, interviewing parties, documenting findings, and preparing detailed reports for client review across workers' compensation, liability, auto, and property cases. Perform complex field assignments including scene investigations, recorded statements, scene canvassing, document retrieval, and courthouse research while operating safely during travel. Submit daily progress updates and manage time to meet billable-hour expectations. Maintain a reliable vehicle and required recording equipment. Adapt to variable schedules including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

- Residing within a 30-mile radius of the posted location
- Hold a valid (state) Investigator license

- A minimum of 1-3 years of Claims, SIU, or adjusting experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
- Excel in report writing and typing (50+ WPM) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Understand investigative processes, insurance law, and claim procedures
- English speaking
- A reliable personally owned vehicle
- Proper photographic recording, video recording, and audio recording equipment
