Job Summary
Total Loss Insurance Claims Handler role focuses on guiding customers through the claims journey from Total Loss notification to settlement, using various channels (telephone, email) to deliver excellent service. Duties include reviewing, analysing, and settling total loss claims in line with standard procedures, engaging experts when needed, authorising claims within delegated authority, handling routine inquiries, following valuation portals, and maintaining customer satisfaction with a resilient, resolution-focused approach. Requires motor insurance claims experience with a focus on total loss, strong communication, and the ability to work within a hybrid office/remote arrangement after initial onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience handling motor insurance claims, with essential experience in total loss claims.
