Claims Handler - Commercial & Schemes

Claims Handler for Commercial & Schemes (Stourbridge/Birmingham hybrid). Handle a portfolio of motor and non-motor commercial claims from start to finish, evaluating policies, coverage types, and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, analyze claims data to identify trends, develop strategies to reduce risk, and improve customer satisfaction. Communicate findings through reports and presentations; conduct on-site visits to clients in the event of a loss; negotiate settlements with insurers to achieve favorable outcomes. Requires strong understanding of commercial insurance, brokerage experience, and excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in the Stourbridge office and one day per week in the Birmingham office.
