Claims Funding Analyst

Job Summary
The Claims Funding Analyst will review client claims runs, obtain client approvals, ensure client funding is secured and reconciled to the system, log check runs in Excel, and generate daily management reports. The role requires maintaining funding inventory, following up with clients on funding receipt, and assisting with ad hoc requests or projects. Key skills include proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, attention to detail, ability to investigate discrepancies, and basic financial analysis and reconciliation. Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of finance or accounting experience and will perform duties in a low-to-moderate noise office environment with standard physical demands.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing financial and claims-related information
- Understanding of basic financial analysis and reconciliation practices
