Process first party automobile, third party clear liability automobile, and low severity property claims within your authority. Contact policyholders and claimants to verify coverage, establish reserves, and issue payments using approved methods. Enter loss information into the claims system and prepare correspondence for all parties involved. Handle inquiries from policyholders, agents, carriers, and claimants while reviewing pending claims regularly. Provide support for property claims during periods of heavy volume. Report to the Peoria, IL office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
