Analyze and adjudicate Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure timely resolution within client requirements. Negotiate settlements within designated authority, communicate claim activity to claimants and clients, and report to excess carriers as needed. This role requires gathering information, investigating exposures, and developing action plans to drive accurate outcomes. Primary location is West Hills, CA with a hybrid arrangement offering remote work 3 days per week. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred; SIP licensing is required or must be obtained within one year; California WC jurisdictional knowledge is required.
