Job Summary
Analyze complex general liability claims involving litigation and rehabilitation to determine benefits due and ensure adjudication meets industry best practices. Investigate and gather information to assess claim exposure, then negotiate settlements within designated authority while communicating activity with claimants and clients. Process claims through action plans to timely resolution, report to excess carriers, and respond to direction requests professionally. This role requires nationwide jurisdiction knowledge with home state licensing, plus 5 years of claims management experience. Starting pay ranges from $60k to $75k, with a hybrid schedule for candidates within 25 miles of the Eden Prairie, MN office.
Required Qualifications
