Job Summary
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve personal lines property claims by conducting coverage analyses, developing resolution plans, and directing detailed scene investigations including photos, diagrams, and official reports. Analyze policy coverage, determine causes of loss, and document activities to settle claims quickly and accurately in accordance with established protocols. Negotiate settlements for limited monetary value with policyholder approval and partner with Subrogation to identify questionable claims and subrogation opportunities. Establish voice-to-voice communication within 24 hours, maintain effective customer service, and comply with federal and state regulations while managing major and complex losses.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related, applicable experience
- Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college, business school, or technical school
- Adjuster's License for states in which the Company conducts business
- English language fluency

- Two to five years related, applicable experience
- Fluency in Spanish
