Claims Director

Claims Director leads the Claims Department at MegaCorp Logistics, overseeing investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of cargo and related claims; provides strategic leadership for claims operations, establishes performance metrics, and partners with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to minimize risk and maximize recoveries. Responsible for training and developing staff, maintaining documentation and reporting, and implementing process improvements to reduce exposure and improve recoveries. Requires extensive experience in cargo/property claims, leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex, high-value claims, with a focus on analytics, KPIs, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused service.
