Claims Counsel - Remote

Claims Counsel with JD and license to practice law; responsibilities include managing and resolving claims under title insurance policies, negotiating settlements with claimants/third parties, managing outside counsel, handling matters such as fraud and easement disputes, and identifying best practices to improve processes. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to handle high-stress, high-volume workloads, and occasional travel to mediations/settlement conferences. Requires independent work and ability to analyze complex legal issues; experience in title and real estate-related matters preferred.
