Job Summary
The Claims Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and supporting the resolution of company claims, incidents, and damages involving subcontractors, clients, utilities, insurance carriers, and internal teams. This role ensures timely communication, proper documentation, investigation support, and coordination of claim resolution processes while maintaining organized records and compliance with company procedures. Key duties include tracking active claims from initiation to resolution, coordinating communication with subcontractors and claimants, maintaining organized claim files and reports, assisting with investigations and evidence collection, monitoring deadlines and payments, preparing notices and status updates, following up on damages and reimbursements, maintaining claim trackers and data entry, supporting risk management and compliance initiatives, and escalating high-risk matters. Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with claims, insurance, legal coordination, construction, utilities, or subcontractor management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
