Claims Consultant, Group Claims - AusSuper

As a Claims Consultant in the Group space, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, including IP and/or TPD claims, while delivering a best-in-class experience for customers and partners (advisers, trustees, fund administrators). You will assess, analyse, calculate and finalise payments, actively engage external treating doctors and rehabilitation consultants alongside in-house medical/legal specialists, participate in case conferences, and provide timely outcomes with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will support customers through challenging times with empathy and collaborate to ensure quality health and claim outcomes.
