Process documentation requests including wage statements and medical records, while indexing files to ensure regulatory compliance. Support claim intake by gathering information and identifying compensability considerations, then coordinate time-sensitive external reports and distribute files to adjusters and attorneys. Utilize ClaimCenter queues and ImageRight to handle document tasks, and manage logistics for injured workers such as IME scheduling and transportation. Partner with vendors like CorVel and OneCall, oversee certified mailings, and promote MEM Insurance services to policyholders and providers.
