Job Summary
Handle first notice of loss claims via phone and non-phone reporting channels; resolve complex claims inquiries and problems; liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information and resolve queries efficiently; provide feedback to improve customer care; follow procedures to ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies; 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM CST, fully remote including training; foundational skills in customer service, data entry, and communications; insurance knowledge is a plus; strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities; remote work setup required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months Customer Service experience
- Data entry experience
