Job Summary

The Claims Business Enablement Manager will lead and execute the national claims strategy, act as a subject-matter expert and liaison across the business, and drive data-informed decision-making, process improvement, and change initiatives to enhance client experience and organizational performance. Responsibilities include overseeing the national claims strategic plan, serving as SME on enterprise programs, identifying trends and regulatory issues, enabling rapid decision-making, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement processes that boost client engagement, profitability, and staff engagement. Must demonstrate strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, facilitation, and advanced analytical skills, with knowledge of analytics, AI, and change management; familiarity with design thinking and Lean methods is considered an asset. Requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, a background check, and offers flexible work options with a hybrid in-office schedule (2 days in office). Salary range is CAD 91,058 to CAD 151,764 annually, subject to local market conditions and qualifications. Required Qualifications

  • Four to six years of experience using research and data to identify industry/internal trends to inform opportunities and drive decision making
  • Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, operating model development, and business roadmaps
  • Ability to build business cases and gain support from senior leadership and business SMEs
  • Solid understanding of claims business models, processes, best practices, and industry trends
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships with team members and internal/external stakeholders at various levels
  • Advanced facilitation and workshop planning/organization skills
  • Knowledge of analytics, AI and change management best practices
  • Familiarity with design thinking, innovative intelligence, and Lean business management is an asset
  • Background check as a condition of employment
