Job Summary
Claims Billing Representative I handles the production and submission of insurance claims for infusion services, performs collection calls, answers patient billing questions, maintains records per policy, and collaborates with supervisors on hardware/software issues. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate billing, handling credit/rebills, researching and resolving delinquent accounts, communicating with patients and insurers, and coordinating follow-up and appeals to optimize collections. Remote work from home is available after training, with onsite quarterly visits and equipment provided. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, no weekends. Relevant experience includes reimbursement/insurance knowledge; education required is a high school diploma or equivalent.
