Job Summary
The Individual Life Claims Associate plays a crucial role in managing an assigned caseload of Individual Life claims while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing claims, resolving eligibility issues, and handling escalated claims with minimal leadership consultation. Associates maintain service expectations, accuracy, and timeliness in performance. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields is preferred. Prior experience in claims operations and customer service is desirable.
