Job Summary
Claims Associate role supporting Workers’ Compensation or Auto & General Liability desks; responsibilities include reviewing claims, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses, evaluating liability, preparing investigation reports, coordinating with Team Leader, settling claims, and assisting with trial preparation; licensing support provided with up to four months to pass the adjuster licensing exam; on-site position in Phoenix, AZ with full-time development-focused responsibilities across the claims lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Strong communication skills—able to listen effectively and express opinions and concerns diplomatically
- Licensing Note: An applicable resident or designated home state adjuster’s license is required for field claims adjusters
