Job Summary
Claims Associate — Auto and General Liability: manage the full claims lifecycle from intake through investigation to settlement, review policy information, interview insureds/claimants/witnesses, prepare investigation reports, set reserves, communicate denials or settlements, and assist with trial preparation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, strong analytical and communication skills, and licensing support for an adjuster license. On-site, full-time role based in Philadelphia, PA with structured development and licensing-exam support.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of insurance industry concepts, claims handling practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Licensing: resident or designated home state adjuster’s license (required for field claims adjusters)
