Job Summary
Assess and adjust losses of complex homeowners insurance claims for Standard Insurance Limited, including managing contractor audits, authorisations over-mandate, upfront assessments, and handling customer complaints; enforce correct interpretation of the Homeowners policy with panel service providers and clients. Requires a Degree and at least 5 years as a Building Assessor with 3+ years in the Short-Term Insurance industry. Focus areas include claims knowledge, risk perception & assessment, underwriting management, data management, and ensuring high-quality customer service and timely outputs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Commerce, Civil Engineering, Construction and Physical Planning
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Assessor
- Minimum 3 years experience within the Short-Term Insurance Industry
