Claims Analyst IV-Auto and GL

Senior Claims Analyst IV focusing on auto and general liability claims. Responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating auto liability and casualty claims; prompt contact with insureds; maintaining reserves and ensuring timely claim resolution in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Conducts thorough investigations of coverage, liability, and damages; documents facts and maintains evidence to support resolution; adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions; establish and justify losses and expenses reserves; manage ongoing diary system and complex litigated cases; prepare Large Loss reports and provide ongoing claim updates. Requires Property and Casualty licenses (to be obtained within 6 months) and multi-state adjuster licenses; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 4+ years of auto liability claim experience preferred; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; in-office collaboration is emphasized.
