Job Summary
Performs claims adjudication tasks independently, processes adjustments, oversees encounter data analysis, acts as lead point of service intake for all claims issues, prepares determinations of payment, handles corrections in the claim system, oversees denial letters and refunds/overpayments, collaborates with the Managed Care team, negotiates letters of agreement with providers as needed, coordinates with HIM/IT/vendors on system issues, manages provider adds/modifications in the billing system, conducts audits of payment data, supports process improvements, and interacts with internal and external stakeholders at NorthBay Healthcare.
