Job Summary
Liaise with external stakeholders and re-insurance groups to obtain and provide insurance information and certification for policies, claims, and premiums. Address customer claims in a timely manner while managing procedural requirements and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all interactions. Handle complaints and conflicts with empathy, utilizing strong listening and verbal communication skills to build rapport within a fast-paced environment. Work a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
