Job Summary
Lead the Claims Advocate Team to oversee client claims processing for timely, fair settlements, coordinating between clients and insurance carriers. Responsibilities include FNOL processing, liaison with adjusters, advising on claim numbers and contact information, documenting all communications in EPIC, monitoring reserves and settlements, producing claim summary reports and coverage reviews, conducting ongoing client reviews, and supporting Account Executives with risk management insights and renewals. Requires collaboration with clients, brokers, adjusters, and insurers; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office; and an active state insurance license. Education/experience includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance experience and maintaining relevant licensure. Travel may be required for training or client meetings.
