Job Summary
Manage complex claims matters by collecting data, reviewing documentation, and coordinating key information for clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders. Progress claims and provide timely updates while assisting senior leaders with advocacy work across Cyber, FINPRO, and Construction specialties. Contribute to policy interpretation and claims strategy to identify escalation points and risks, maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient case handling. This 12-to-14-month contract requires a legal qualification and experience in insurance or cyber incident management, with a hybrid schedule of at least three days onsite in Sydney.
Required Qualifications
- Legal Qualification
- Experience in an insurance firm, cyber incident management firm, or claims handling role with an insurer or broker
- A well-developed understanding of insurance claims management
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage competing priorities with accuracy and care
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia
- Completion of a Criminal & Bankruptcy check prior to commencing of employment
- Working onsite with clients at least three days per week
