Job Summary
Conduct senior claim advocacy services for clients, overseeing commercial property and casualty losses and managing escalated claims issues. Facilitate claim meetings with clients, prospects, and carriers while maintaining positive relationships with insurance carrier partners. Analyze Workers Compensation historical loss data to assist with process management and develop claim reports as needed. Communicate complex coverage issues to internal staff and update them on claim issues. Maintain accurate records of claim information and ensure the highest level of confidentiality. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Risk Management/Business certification preferred, and 5-7 years of relevant experience in claims or underwriting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience commercial insurance experience in claims or underwriting
- Must be a self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Strong multi-line commercial insurance knowledge and technical understanding of all coverage forms
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- Ability to read and analyze diverse coverage forms and provide guidance to staff members
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

- Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
