Claims Adjuster Trainee - Central Florida Territory

Job Summary
Obtain Florida Adjuster's licensing within 60 days and complete onboarding, policy interpretation, and state regulations training. Conduct thorough claim investigations including on-site inspections, recorded statements, and evidence gathering while utilizing estimating tools to assess property damage accurately. Deliver empathetic, customer-focused service throughout the claim lifecycle covering coverage analysis, reserving, negotiation, and resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes, support subrogation and liability processes, and maintain compliance with internal quality standards. Assist with catastrophe operations as required, including working extra hours during major events or deploying to affected areas to help policyholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum one year of work or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Obtain the Florida Adjuster's license within 60 days of hire
- Obtain all other required state licenses within 90 days of hire
