Job Summary
Determine coverage and liability by interviewing customers, claimants, and witnesses. Partner with appraisers to manage vehicle repairs and negotiate with customers and insurance carriers to resolve claims efficiently. Complete in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts before independently adjusting a full case load. This hybrid role includes two days in-office and three days remote for 12 months, followed by flexible office reporting. Required Qualifications
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years relevant work experience and an associate degree
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
